The 100,000-square-foot Student Services Building at Howard Community College is a landmark structure along the western edge of the campus quad. The building, which features two wings separated by a three-story atrium, accommodates a welcome center, security, a bookstore, student support and career service offices, food service, and admissions. Mueller’s services include the design of a chilled water cooling system with a dedicated stand-alone chilled water plant, a hot water heating system, and a direct digital control energy management and automatic temperature control system.
