The new Perdue School of Business provides many new resources to the university’s business students, including a 200-seat auditorium, specialized labs, team study rooms, a business outreach suite, a student services center, and advanced technology throughout the building. The 113,000-square-foot facility also features a cafe, the Perdue Museum, and 23 classrooms dedicated to business programs, including a virtual learning center.

Design of the project targeted LEED®-Gold certification. Sustainable strategies include exhaust air energy recovery, high-efficiency condensing boilers, a geothermal system, a high-efficiency variable flow primary chiller plant, demand-controlled ventilation, and daylighting. The project included enhanced commissioning during the final stages to optimize the building’s efficiency.
