The new College of Business and Economics (COBE) building at Radford University will provide the latest in educational technology and resources, including smart classrooms, laboratories, and research space. The building has been designed to simulate real-world business concepts and settings, including a Wall Street trading room. Spaces also include computer labs, student meeting and case study rooms, and flexible classrooms that support distance learning and collaborative study.
The multi-story, 115,000-square-foot building will also house faculty offices, a center for entrepreneurial studies, and a center for financial planning. Designed to LEED®-Silver certification standards, the COBE building features numerous sustainable measures.
