Todd Garing has managed some of Mueller’s most challenging engineering projects, including renovations to the Enoch Pratt Free Library, renovations to the Smithsonian Institution Natural History Building Central Halls, and design of the new Monticello Visitor and Smith History Center. He also holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honorary Engineering Society.
